Operation of Bulk Cement Tanker Semi Trailer:
1. Before you driving the cement bulker, please turn the hand accelerator on first, and ensure that the electromagnetic pneumatic control valve or the pneumatic hand control valve is closed.
2. If there is some pressure inside the tank, the manhole is not allowed to be opened when you are to load goods.
3. The pressure of the safety valve can be more than its rated pressure of 196Kpa.
4. The check valve should be examined once a year, and in its second usage year, its valve core should be replaced, or examined and then polished.
5. If there are water or other liquid impurities inside the tank, users should first dry the tank wall and pneumatic components before using the tank.
6. It is necessary to regularly examine the connection of manhole hinge pedestals and tank. If there is anything wrong, please repair it immediately.
