1. Both side tipping and back tipping type are designed for its carriage, which can effectively improve the transportation efficiency of scattered goods in bulk.
2. Both of its chassis frame and cross beam of its carriage are made of high-quality Mn plate, and its container can be dustpan or rectangle shape. All of them ensure this tipper trailer high strength, strong lifting capacity, high rigidity, good toughness, high loading capacity and no permanent deformation.
3. This tipping semi trailer enjoys sophisticated technology. All of its main components are processed by advanced equipment, and full-automatic submerged arc welding technology has been used to make its longitudinal beams. Besides, its axles and leaf springs are accurately fitted together by assembly machine.
4. This tipper trailer can be used to carry goods with the volume ranging from 20m3 to 50m3. And being capable of side tipping and back tipping can greatly improve the efficiency in transporting scattered goods in bulk.

Operation of Tipping Semi Trailer:
1. Gas exhausting should be done when the hydraulic cylinder is used for the first time or just needs replacing.
2. Enough lubrication should be given to the relevant parts, and users also should regularly check the wear conditions of the rotation components.
3. Before using the hydraulic cylinder, users should check whether its position limiting device is in good condition in advance.
4. Lifting on the sloping road should be better avoided, and during the lifting process, the trailer should be better stay motionless. If the trailer moves, instant high pressure will happen in the hydraulic system.
5. When the trailer is lifting or in inspection and maintenance, workers should stay away from the oil cylinder.
6. The oil cylinder should be installed with a vertical cylinder body and parallel upper and lower axes, and enough space should be kept in the rotation connection parts.
7. This tipping semi trailer should better adopt container transportation, bulk goods, and RORO.
8. Lubrication: Users should do lubrication for supporting hinge after the container has been lifted as many as 250 times or the tipper trailer has been working for a week. When doing lubrication for the upper and lower coupling axles, lifting axle supporter, claw self-locking mechanism, users should not let grease lubricate the plunger piston of the lifting cylinder. If that happens, please wipe up the grease by a clean soft cloth. Later, users also should check the bolts and nuts.
9. Oil changing: users should change the oil after lifting containers 1500 times, and users should often check the pollution and aging conditions of the container. The oil should be better changed once a year before winter comes, and please make sure that no water is mixed in the hydraulic oil to avoid corrosion or freezing in winter.
10. Gases exhaust: before exhausting gases, please make sure that the hydraulic oil level should be in the standard position, and the added oil should be hydraulic oil with low viscosity. Meanwhile, please check whether the sealing of hydraulic pipelines is good.
11. Hydraulic system: users should regularly check whether there is any leakage in the hydraulic system. If there is any leakage, the lifting system wouldn't work normally.
