Operation of Fuel Tanker Semi Trailer:
1. Loading goods: before you open the feeding cap, you should first make sure that there are no high-tension cables or any other potential risk barriers above the trailer. In other words, you should make sure the surroundings of the trailer are safe before you load liquid goods. When feeding goods, you should match the feeding hole exactly with the feeder before you open the feeder to send the goods into the tanker. After feeding goods, please remember close the feeding hole.
2. Unloading goods: there are two unloading methods: automatic unloading and oil pump unloading. If you choose automatic unloading method, you'd better make sure the connection between the discharge hose coupling and discharge hole is firm and tight before unloading goods. After unloading, you should turn off the discharge valve before taking away the hose. If you choose oil pump unloading mode, you can start the engine to ensure the pressure of the air storage tank is above 0.6Mpa. And you need to step on the clutch pedal so that later you can turn on power takeoff switch. Then take your feet away from the clutch, and the power takeoff device begins to work. The power takeoff can drive the gear oil pump to work. Then you can open the discharge valve to unload goods. After finishing unloading goods, you can again step on the clutch so that you can turn off the power takeoff. The gear oil pump will stop working when you loose the clutch.
3. If the oil pump is not filled with liquid medium, you should not start the fuel tanker trailer. And you should make sure that the power takeoff is off except when the trailer stops and the gear oil pump is in use.
4. Users should add grease to every grease nozzle once a month.
5. The bolts, which are used to connect tank lander with vehicle beams, should be examined regularly in order to avoid loose or damaged bolts.
6. Users also need to examine the sealing condition of the feeding inlet to guarantee a good sealing condition.
7. Engine oil should be regularly added to the feeding cap to ensure the cap opening and closing flexible.
8. This fuel tanker semi trailer should adopt container transportation, bulk goods, and RORO.
